Classes once booked can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours before the class. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Any cancellations (or no shows) with less than 24 hours until the class will not be refunded or rescheduled.

We have studio rules regarding the limit of items that may be made for each workshop / course. Any production outside of these limits must be pre approved.

Failure to abide by studio rules regarding production limits, safety and intoxication will result in you being asked to leave the class.

We cannot be held responsible for any breakages or damage of works made during all pottery sessions.

Whilst every endevor will be made to fire items in a timely manner please note that we cannot guarantee timelines due to weather, power cuts, electrical faults etc.

We offer customer parking but the management is not responsible for theft or damage to the vehicle or contents.

We kindly ask that all pottery items created during the session be collected within three months. Due to limited storage space, any unclaimed pieces after this period will unfortunately be discarded. Thank you for your understanding.
